Hi Zack, please use the Mailing List to ask questions about unattended-gui. Do you get an shell? Or the machine is stopping without any other messages? Which verison of the boot cd you are using? whats the version of your unattended-gui installation? > 3.) You can modify the iso in this way: 1.) extract contents from the iso to a folder 2.) edit isolinux.cfg and add the options you need, all available options are described here: http://unattended-gui.sourceforge.net/www/index.php?loadsub=quwiki&func=wiki&type=index&show=4#1. 3.) generate a new iso with your prefferd program and burn it back It might be better to use PXE boot, there you can add the options directly without burning the cd every time a new release is out. If you need an iso I can build it for you to, but you have to send me the z_VARS (directly - not to the ML ;) ). > 4.) And last question (A harder one), is there any way to specify a > Windows Xp cd-key in the unattended-gui's web-menu (So I dont have to > enter it in the installation. Or > maybe point it to a .txt file that has the serial number? %HOSTNAME%.txt Sure you can do this by adding you own script in z/etc/init/stop for example. But you can also specify it directly in the GUI. After you hav add an pre-configured os to an machine you can edit the contentents of the os assigned to the computer and add the key there. > > Thanks a lot. We hope to hear back from you soon.
