#49 keyboard focus jump views when playback is started

Whenever keyboard focus is in TOC view and playback is started, it moves to strips view by itself.

Steps:
1. In an existing project with some audio blocks move keyboard focus to a section in TOC ( tree) view.
2. Start playback.

Result: The keyboard focus moves to audio blocks in strips view by itself.

Comment: key board focus should not move across views in order to syncronise it with Playback / recording.
Synchronization should be done while remaining in boundaries of the respective view.
