When Obi opens on an empty project, the description of the work area is insufficient (e.g., "Custom control" according to Window-Eyes.)

Speaking custom control is window eyes specific problem. Assigning only Accessible discription may not be complete solution for window eyes. Need more discription of problem.

This was fixed earlier but in Beta1 release it appeared again.
i.e. info added to title bar disappeared in beta1 version
