mike johnson - 2003-07-04

I've tried everything I could possibly think of, my .ini is flawless as far as I know, and I have the latest versions of everything.
I've dropped my routers firewall as well.
I can login and get to the server select screen, but once I click it my UO locks up for a few minutes and then displays the following message: "The client could not attach itself to the game server.  It must have been taken down, please wait a few minutes and then try again."
Any help please?  Thank you in advance.
