Where is the difference to
http://sourceforge.net/projects/gnuwin32/? Maybe you
should merge the two projects, if there is no difference
at all.

The GnuWin32 executables have more dependencies - for
example, you need more than just "tar.exe" in C:\Windows to
use tar. With unxutils, tar.exe just works, no pain.
