I need some more information as not everything could be read from those dump files. Do you remember in what circumstances the crashes occurred? In cases 1 and 2 you were closing the inventory window, possibly when using some skill. In case 3 you were about to encounter some monsters or NPCs in the wilderness. I'm not sure what caused the failure number 4, might have been a script error. In none of these cases I was able to reproduce the failure on my computer. Is your system 32-bit or 64-bit?

There appears to be a persistent error with the Miner's froghead quest. Entering a location with a froghead while the quest is active will cause the game to throw a fatal, persistent error. Attempting to save and reload at a point before the bug is triggered will cause the game to throw the same error every time I try to reload the savefile, effectively corrupting the save and forcing a restart. This is the .dmp file that was generated, as well as the savefile in question:

You can also sleep (press S), but there must not be any hostile monsters in the current location.
