#55 On sunos5 top should read cpu statistics from named kstats

Running on sunos5 top should be updated to read CPU statistics from named kstats instead of raw kstats. That way it could also replace the long-obsolete io-wait-time (%iowait) column with new Stolen Time introduced in Solaris 11.2 release. Patch attached.
