Hi David, Thanks for the additional detail. That is indeed what I thought you were asking for. Unfortunately, the way UnityMol is designed, currently won't allow you to export a Unity object that you could easily re-use elsewhere. I know this would be very useful, but is difficult to put into practice. I'm sorry I don' have a working solution for you right now.
