Hi Dave, Yes, the project is still active! We moved away from SourceForge. Now, the project can be found on GitHub here: https://github.com/LBT-CNRS/UnityMol-Releases As a matter of fact, we just released a new version few days ago. We have also a new website: https://unity.mol3d.tech/ I'm not sure the project is compatible with Unity 6.X. Right now, we are on Unity 2021. I need to try with more recent Unity version. Hopefully, we will support Unity 6.X in the next release. Cheers, Hubert
Is this project still active? It seems as though there was a lot of activity up unitl 2018 on many molecular visualization projects and then the trail goes cold. What happened? Am i missing something? I have seen a number of web-based tools that have the advantiage of being connected to the latest molecular databases- could that be a reason? Anyway, thanks I will give this a try in the current Unity which is 6.3 as of writing this.

Thank you so much! Do you know where I can find his email?
Hello, We had an initial UnityMol port to Hololens but it had really reduced features. As a test, we exported a molecule loaded in UnityMol as a prefab and we created a scene in Unity with it, then we compiled the project for the Hololens. I didn't test since then but I know a lot of things changed on the Unity side. We are currently developping a new version that is not public for now, you can send an email to Marc Baaden to get access to it. Best, Xavier
