One character, multiple guns + the melee function idea token came up with our first meet .. ..
i WOULD say add rpg elements later, but i really think that would be better for the project after that .. unless you guys think otherwise.

I would say we're better off just using samples for the gun sounds. I feel like we would waste too much time and effort modifying the levels of the gunshots. Yes it's simple yet, but tedious. We're better off saving that effort for the more complicated sounds, such as alien like sounds or whatever. However I would say if there's a special gunshot that you can't really find anywhere then there's where it's necessary.

I don't really care either way .. .. .. but one thing I just thought about is that unless we have a high enough quality microphone, the recorded sounds may not be picked up very well .. and may sound distorted/messy/different levels of volume may not be represented accurately.
