#296 "Save As" warns about overwrite when it should not

When I have a source file open in the IDE and choose "Save As" to save in a new location I get a warning that the file already exists and I have to confirm to overwite. The file doesn't exist in the new location. The IDE seems to be confused and thinks all open files exist everywhere!
