#6 English language file for 1.4

I am preparing the 1.4 RC.
Here is the language file with some strings added.

I had made a mistake in the documentation of 1.4.0 : About the language mode, I wrote that it is activated if the group name starts with x-
This is not true. It is activated if the group name starts with +
Example : + Greek.

Doc is corrected in 1.4.2

I don't understand how I should use this language mode.
I have a definition file for Greek characters:

[Greek - capitals]
{greek}A = Α
{greek}B = Β
{greek}G = Γ
{greek}D = Δ

I defined {greek} in an [accents] section. How do I enable language mode?
