uniCenta oPOS 4.1 Released!

It's been over a year since the release of 4.1 and as intended am releasing what we have achieved since 3.91.3 back into the community.

BIG THANKS to all users and followers of the uniCenta oPOS project, since its release here on Sourceforge in 2010, who chose to support the project by becoming uniCenta customers in 2016 & 2017
