[Ungoliant-users] Ungoliant Installs?

Has anyone tried installing Ungoliant yet?  If so, how did it go?  I 
know the instructions and the various configs are quite confusing.  
We're working on a config generator that will make the install go much 
quicker...  How about some feedback!
