Well, no biggie, but since the GPL license doesn't
restrict the use of software but distrubution of it the
license agreement part in the installation is quite
useless. If you redistrubute GPL-ed software you don't
have to agree to the license for GPL to apply, it does
automatically by copyright law.
Just think of the time it must waste, surely about half
a second per person installing. ;)

People don't read licenses anyway. But I think it's still
best to show under which license the program is released.
Also GPL doesn't only grant distribution privileges but also
grants reuse of the source code. By showing the license
people will also know that they can reuse the code or create
a spin-off of the program.
But still, I think that single window doesn't hurt. It's not
like I release a new installer every week ;)
