[Unattended] scripts do nothing ???

on my current setup, i have 2 scripts which does nothing when called.
todo.pl reports them as Running, but there is no consequence and no
error returned.

nav-update.aut and quicktime-post.pl are the scripts which are not
executed. i don't see any errors.

any ideas ? or i miss something ?
