Is their some reason that you cannot use winnt32.exe? It seems like you could boot into WinPE [ http://www.microsoft.com/licensing/programs/sa/support/winpe.asp ], from CD or Network boot, and run winnt32.exe from there. It also seems like this would give you access to all the win32 utilities you could toss at it as well. -Jeff > Never mind, you need to use winnt32.exe.
