This release fixes only one small bug: When changing the order of items and beeing in overview just before opening the options, the item order didn't really change on return from options because the overview table wasn't redrawn. Now this works properly.
Finally I found the annoying bugs which were introduced with categories. I haven't seen any unknown bugs right now, but I haven't tested too much.
More interesting maybe: Un-Lend now supports private items. You should give it a try! Tested under Palm OS 3.x and Palm OS 4.x
Un-Lend is still not completely the way I hoped it would develop. Too often I had to compromise somehow so I'm pretty glad Un-Lend seems to work at last - even if it's not always the way standard Palm OS applications work.
Did I already mention that I don't like categories?
Introducing categories I introduced a bunch of bugs as well.
On POSE, using Palm OS 3.x, all seems to be perfectly running but on my Sony Clie SJ22 with Palm OS 4.x I always open entry [x+1] in the overview list when tapping on an entry [x] while only showing categorized entries (category != "All"). Weird...
Maybe the next release will also allow the usage of private records - maybe.
This release fixes a really stupid bug which occured when selecting a category to be displayed. The items shown in the overview table and the items shown when tapped onto one were completely mixed up (and nobody told me...!).
As a new feature, the hardware-buttons for scrolling are working now in overview table (and the sony - jog dial as well).
Un-Lend 0.9 alpha 2 has not only icons but categories as well! Now you can easily sort your hundreds of items you have lent to others.
Only one day old, the first bug already has been submitted and fixed as good as possible.
The first packages of Un-Lend have been published. Still containing some known minor bugs, the program already is usable right now.
