I'm assuming you did not opt-in for the binary codec pack (during installation) so you can download it directly from source forge (using the following link: http://sourceforge.net/projects/umplayer/files/codecs-all-20110131.7z/download) and unzip the file to the following path (substitute the install path with wherever you installed UMP) : C:\Program Files (x86)\UMPlayer\mplayer\codecs
