#141 better navigation in Video

hi
will it be possible to place the timebar to any other timepoint without starting to play a video?
first there is no chance to scroll the video by mouse when it is not playing or ended. then even in pause mode you cant do this.
i want to use my mouse or the arrow key to navigate in the video playback so i can find specific frames. frame by frame per keys or push the timebar per mouse would be fine like most other programs can do this by long time...
perhaps this could be an error only on my machine? xp 32bit.
