I'd like to see the configuration of the game (adjust difficulty, graphics, volume level of the mic, skin and so on) take place in the game, not over command line. The difficulty setting is missing completely, for that matter. And a rating option would be nice, too.

Configuration screen is available on CVS :) I can remove this old feature request :)
For the moment you can configure :
- Fullscreen status
- Output volume
- difficulty
