We had a similar problem during the development of RC2, so this could already be resolved in RC2.

Would you mind upgrading to RC2 to check if this is now resolved?

Have upgraded. didnt get the crash info generated. However, since I had used rc1 previously with no problem I dont know if this proves anything since it will not detect an update is available for me to click on the ok button of the pop up dialog box

    I do have some questions:

    1. Do you have usage tracking enabled (this can be disabled during installation)?
    2. Are you using Windows XP SP3?

This error messge has popped up on the screen. I'm tring to defrag and older Apple ipod 60GB Video Generation 5. How can I fix this problem? I use the Apple Video iPod for a mixture of types data. I was thinking Scan Disk Chkdsk or SFC /Scannow, would fix the problem? Or Change the Drive Letter? Sometimes rebooting the computer helps? This is the first time for using the forms for the Ultradefrag program.
