#22 camera bouces all over the place

I just installed the game and everything was working
fine. then i started up single player, and the camera
was doing wierd things. it was bouncing back and forth
between two shots every second or so. one shot was
angled up and another was angled down. in a nutshell,
it makes it nearly impossible to play the game because
i cannot see whats going on. help? if you find an
