#21 bug in Select.js

actually this is v1.0.0-nonfinal4 which was not an
option in the Group select box.

the function
uiHtml_Select.prototype.traverse =
function(handlerOwner, handlerFunction, optArgN)
should be calling __constructItemArgs just like its
counterpart uiHtml_Group.prototype.traverse does, in
order for additional arguments passed to the
handlerFunction to work right
