Hi James,

Welcome to UIC. I am sorry for the 'odd' format that is on the website now. I 
have heard a succes for people after they have renamed the file to 
uic.tar.gz. I am pretty sure winzip (and probably winrar too) understands 
that format.

If that doesn't work you can try the CVS version. I don't think NaturalLayout 
hasn't changed since the latest public release. So that shouldn't make any 
difference.
