Initial joystick patch (against svn rev. 4669, based on darkplaces project) is attached here. I waiting for reviews of other project members before finalizing and applying. In the meantime, please test.

This has been planned for since, well, too long. Hopefully it will make into new v1.5.4.

The gamepad (joystick) support is implemented in the svn code as of rev. 4671. It will be integrated in the new 1.5.4 release.
