I just got the native CGX/AHI version to run on OS3 again. You can use the build_cross_amigaos.sh script to build it. It's not very stable yet, but I was able to get ingame, and roam around the level a bit.

There have been several commits in the svn repository aiming at
supporting m68k-amigaos (including opengl through MiniGL-1.2 or
StormMesa-3.0). They will need testing.

The svn repository is in good shape with relation to m68k-
amigaos, both opengl and software renderer (svn is at rev.
5650 as of this writing.) Building with gcc seems to be
suffering from bad code generation. However, building with
VBCC seems to be good, both the software renderer and opengl
versions are reported to work. The software renderer seems
to have issues when run in windowed mode (no blit, trouble
with WriteLUTPixelArray() call) which will need fixing.
Please test and report your experience.

Szilárd Biró is currently working on aos3/m68k version. I will forward this one to him.

Edited title to include aos3 and attached the screenshot so that it doesn't get lost.
