DOS version caused SIGSEGV under DOSBox 0.74

Unless you debug this, I can't help. However, dosbox might not be a reliable for h2dos, although I continously test it in dosbox-0.74 for linux myself.
One thing you can test is the development versions of h2dos from here:
http://uhexen2.sourceforge.net/devel/
I just ran it under dosbox-0.74 (linux) using -nolan switch, started a game, loaded a save, and got no crashes. Iplan to release the development version and v1.5.7 in about a month.
I've checked the last error again and saw the crash happened right after the video init, so I modified my DOSBox config at the line machine=svga_s3, changed it to machine=svga_et4000 and the game launched fine, even without the -nolan switch :) The development versions (both demo and the 1.5.7) from the link you gave me run fine too. Thanks a lot for the help :D
