#48 EF_DARKLIGHT effect casts incorrect dynamic light in GL mode

Repro:
in hcc, spawn an entity and set entity.effects = EF_DARKLIGHT

Expected:
should produce negative illumination in both Software and OpenGL rendering

Actual:
produces negative illumination in Software Rendering but positive illumination in OpenGL

(note that the randomly appearing dynamic lights on the floor are supposed to appear as dark fields)

    for this. Are there any further updates for it or is it your final version to fix this?

      seems to be working, I use the effect a lot in Peanut so it's been tested quite a bit.
