#7 IGMP/UDP unicast

Is it possibile to make udpxy listen for IGMP messages and send UDP unicast streams as output? This would result in behaviour rather similar to igmpproxy, but with unicast streams as output. This would be great for compatibility with iptv stb's, without flooding wifi connections (which igmpproxy would do). I am willing to try to implement this myself, but in that case some pointers on where to start would be nice.
