#4 Capslock re-map broken on Logitech wireless keyboard

I have a Logitech Cordless Desktop Pro keyboard. I set-up
capslock to be remapped to the control key (I did not check
the one keyboard only box). On this keyboard the capslock
key acts like the control key everyother time I press it, the
rest of the time it does nothing (I have to do a double tap
everytime I use it).

This keyboard did work with 1.3.5 on Jaguar.
