    Unfortunately that is the case.

I do have an AMD64, but only 40GB space to work with.
Between personal files and such, I really don't have the
resources to setup a 64-bit environment.

Definitely before the Hoary release, I'll try to scrap up
the money to get a big HD!

What is the deb-src repository line? So we can compile
    ppc/amd64 bin's ourselves ?

I do not have a source repository. All my work is simply a
recompile of other people's wonderful work. To post source
packages will be redundant. Unless stated otherwise in
announcements, the packages that have 'ubuntu' in the
version numbers are from Hoary, while the other packages
will be from Debian Sid. Anywhere else, I'll explicitly say
    so in the announcement.

Well, that makes this ubuntu-backport project useless for 2
out of the 3 ubuntu hardware platforms. I'll try to reflect
this on the ubuntu forums, so I can avoid that other people
    lose their time on this.
Maybe a renaming of this project would minimalise confusion?
    "ubuntu-bp-i386-only"
    "ubuntu-bp-no-ppc-no-amd-no-src"
