#8 Updated Read Me for My Nero 6.6 Label

Dear UBCD Authors,

I just wanted to get my UBCD label's read me updated.
It turns out that even if you have nero 6.6 ultra
edition that's not enough. It must be v6.6.1.4 and
higher (I hope, providing they don't break their
document format again, Grrrr!). Attached is the
updated Read Me.txt file.
