Following error trying to convert forums from UBB
5.47d to phpbb 1.40

forum into the phpBB database. mySQL error: You have
an error in your SQL syntax near '|General Notices|Any

i ended up with something very similiar

Converting category #, ...Error: mySQL error inserting
category. mySQL returned: You have an error in your SQL
syntax near ' '', '000001|||Discussion|||1 ')' at line 1

..
and so on. using ubb 5.45b. made sure all the bug fixes
for the conversion script where in place, still nothing.
