#11 character stats placement

Allow designer configuation of the character stats on
the main screen via the config.txt.
I would like to choose what is shown and where it is
shown. Right now, we can move the whole block, but we
cannot control the size of the block. If you move it
much to the right, stuff starts disappearing off the
edge of the screen.
