#46 Display trust indicators when viewing host cache

Alan has suggested that displaying trust indicators in the host cache management screen would be useful. At this point the only indicator we use which applies to a node for all communities is peer popularity. All other indicators are specific to a community or document. Perhaps we could average out similarity ratings across communities so the similarity metric could also be shown?
