#1 Password Option Not Working

In (Admin) GUI setting Password to 'True' sets a
password but does not allow entry into Admin or Edit
sections of txtblog afterwards.

A password prompt appears when attempting entry into
these sections but submitting the user/pass does
nothing but show the prompt again. Hitting cancel
produces the following error:

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: error() in
...www\txtblogcms_1.0a\admin\index.php on line 30

Logged In: YES
user_id=1226977

Taking out this line eliminates the error and returns you to
the txtblog admin section.

the php error is gone when removing line 30
