[twmode-users-en] tw-mode almost authorized

This master key that's supposed to encrypt personal information has me 
confused.
I don't know how the correct pass phrase needed to finish authorization 
gets generated yet and don't know of any pass phrase to key in.
If it helps, I ran gpg --gen-key and generated a key pair for my user 
account and if that's the pass phrase I'll have to bring up that key and 
read the pass phrase from that file to use.
