Keyboard use on first card invokes edit screen
Brought to you by:

On Palm Treo 650 running version 0.9.9, when using the built-in keyboard for scoring quizzes, the first numeric keypress on the first card always aborts the quiz and jumps to edit mode for the current card.
For example, pressing number 5 when the button "show" is on the screen. Earlier versions worked without this problem, I believe.
Workaround is to either just press the escape (little house) icon or score just the first test with the stylus.
Looking forward to trying v1.0 - may even be fixed. Will report back here when I do.
Congrats on the new baby :D
Thanks again for your hard work!

Must be something Treo specific, as the numeric buttons seem to work fine on a Samsung i500.

I tried again with some different and earlier configurations, with and without Piloc and Rushack (localisation tools for cyrillic), and it happens every time.
Perhaps another Treo user can comment...

Same behaviour still occurs with version 1.0.1.
Again, only on first card displayed of each test, review or slideshow.
Edit screen is also invoked on the first card when pressing the mapped key for up, right or left, but strangely not if any of those keys are mapped to HARD4 (when mapped as power button).

This is a tough one since I don't have a Treo. I've tried this on four different Palms without being able to reproduce the problem... I'll keep looking.

I was just testing this again on the same Treo, and the problem has disappeared. Inexplicably. Still running Piloc for Russian Localization and resident SlovoEd dictionary. I guess this can be closed.

Reopening issue. It's happening again and confirmed in the forums by another user.
Suggested workaround is to clear bindings for up/down/left/right and then set only up and down bindings. Workaround worked on one Treo 650, but not my one.
