Hi Crawford, I'm off on holiday for 2 weeks starting tomorrow, but feel free to look at http://donkin.org/bin/view/Test/TestTopic5, which has links to some other TWiki installations there. They are: - 'bin' - runs in ISO-8859-1 - good set of basic tests though not in unit test form of course - 'testbin' - currently EUC-JP (2-byte character set, ASCII safe), but only a few pages are EUC-JP - 'ubin' - running in UTF-8 a variant of Feb 2004 ish code, using full Unicode mode - best ignored for now, though UTF-8 test cases would be great as a way of pointing out what's broken now. Quite a few UTF-8 bugs were fixed in Cairo. BTW the Apache 2.0 version test in testenv would be quite easy, similar to the mod_perl version test that also uses SERVER_SOFTWARE. Hope that helps, Richard > Hi Richard, > > I've been running the DEVELOP branch with useLocale=1 for a while now, but > we really need some testcases (topics with 16 bit characters and different > language fonts, I guess) > > Got any? > > Regards, > > C. > > On Monday 25 October 2004 09:42, Richard Donkin wrote: >> That's a big patch...
