#2 Improvement of twain protocol conformance
Instead on using surrogate window to catch messages, I am using modal message loop, because surrogate window did not catch messages that are not sent to it directly.
This modal loop is implemented in python module twain.py, which is intended to be a high level interface module. The low level module is renamed to _twain.pyd.
I've tested changes with 4 scanners.
