Python 2.4 Build

The build for python 2.4 has been released.

This build is the work of Kurt Anderson, who has migrated the twainmodule from the dependency on Visual C++. The source can now be built with the Free Microsoft C++ distribution.

Python 2.3 Build

I have released a build for Python 2.3.

The module has been active in the field for two years now. I have changed the status to mature.
