1.0-py2.3 cannot OpenSource, while 1.0b2-py2.2 could:

I upgraded to check if the unstability problem had been
resolved (blue screen of death when closing without
having disconnected), as well as other problems on
twexplore.

i have also tested against a twain toolkit emulation and
everything works fine.

don't know if this the best way of reporting this żbug?
