#36 script to temove duped frequencies

Hi

i just made a script to remove the duped frequencies after running tvtime-scanner again after the first config... i have to do this to see the new channels that my operator adds or changes.

its very simple, but might be useful for others.

ideally tvtime-scanner shouldnt dupe a already existent entry, but with this there is a easy fix
