#1 Deleteing shows only works on the last show in the list

The shows configurator adds and deletes shows. But if
you delete a show from the middle of the list, it
renumbers the shows and in the process overwrites the
next entry with the current information, there by
deleting 2 shows.

This is a problem with the configurators ability to use
the HTTP_POST_VARS to set new variables as they are
being written. Probably needs to be revisited and revised.
