Create larger (32x32 or larger?) full-color mouse
pointers. They'd need to be blitted directly by Tux
Paint onto it's window via SDL.

Provide an option to disable this feature (in case
of graphical or performance problems) and use
the older "fancy" cursor shapes (the 32x32
ones), and keep the "nofancy" option to use the
OS's normal pointer shape.

Additionally, the cursor should indicated the chosen color, if applicable to the current tool. (See #2654413)
