#292 Eraser icons turns to white when hitting Print or Quit
They stay white after canceling the quit or print action.
To get them black/grey again, you must cause a redraw, like selecting another eraser or changing to another tool, then return to the Eraser tool.
This is an old bug, I have a Windows VM that still has a 0.9.28 and shows it.
I believe this fixes it (please let me know if it has any other side effects; I can't recall why we create an RGBA surface here, rather than RGB; as for why it turned them black, and didn't seem to affect other selector buttons...? not sure about that either!)
