#256 Drip effect on whole canvas doesn’t work properly

When using the ‘Drip’ effect and selecting the ‘whole canvas’ button, there are two problems:

• The text isn’t updated to reflect that the drip effect will be applied to the whole canvas.
• The effect applied isn’t a drip effect, but a blocky/pixelation effect.

Tested using the latest Git version.

Hi, the attached patch starts to drip at the bottom and goes up, so the results look more as a drip effect.
It has the side effect that the whole image goes down at each click, that could be seen as a bug or as a feature (the whole image dripping down) :)
