#44 Fix lilypond export

As described in bugs 70 and 109, there's a small error in the lilypond export: a lisp variable is accessed as $inTab, when it should instead be just inTab.

This patch removes the $. I haven't used subversion before, so let me know if I've created the diff incorrectly: I ran svn diff > fix-lilypond-export.diff.
