This patch will store config data in the following folders:

Platform	Folder
Windows	`%HOME%/Application Data/tuxguitar-VERSION`
macOS	`$HOME/Library/Application Support/tuxguitar-VERSION`
Linux, BSD	`$HOME/.config/tuxguitar-VERSION`
